Everything You Need To Know

Can I bring a pet? Can I throw a party at your property? Are there any damage deposits?
The policies below highlight some of the most important house rules at our properties. If you have any questions which aren't addressed below, or any concern on these policies kindly contact us.
  1. What are the Check-in/Check-out times?
    Standard check-in time is at 3pm and latest check out is at 12pm.
    These cannot be changed unless approval in writing is given by Ta' Leli Gozo Holiday Accommodation.

    We reserve the right to charge a minimum amount of the same value of one night paid by a guest for any unauthorised early arrival/late departure.
  2. Are parties allowed in the property?
    Unfortunately, parties are not allowed at Ta' Leli Farmhouse or Razzett tal-Bobby.
    No more than the agreed amount of persons (as per the booking) are allowed at the property at anytime.

    Loud music and/or excessive noise is strictly not permitted at any time during the rental period and the property is not to be used for parties or similar events. In particular, we would request no loud music outside, by the pool.

    Our farmhouses are located near to local residents and other properties. We ask our guests to respect the need to be good neighbours in the local community for the duration of their stay.
  3. Is smoking allowed
    Smoking is not permitted inside our properties, however, you are allowed to smoke in the outside areas of property, example balconies, terraces and pool areas.
  4. Are pets allowed?
    Only one pet is allowed inside our properties. For bookings with pets, a one time fee may apply.
    Guests must bring a pet basket to the property. Pets are not allowed to lie on the bedding or sofas without a protective sheet which must be provided by pet owner. All pet litter must be removed by tenant and we reserve the right to charge extra if any litter is found inside the property.

    Pets must not be left unattended anywhere in the premises.
  5. Malta ECO Tax
    The contribution is payable by all tourists who are 18 years or older irrespective of nationality.

    It amounts to €0.50 per person per night payable at check-in, spent on the Maltese Islands at any type of accommodation. The contribution is capped at a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay.
  6. Damage Deposit
    A mandatory fully-refunadable security damage deposit is required. This will be charged with the total cost for your stay.
  7. Eligibility
    Bookings can only be made by persons over 18 years of age.
    Guests under 18 years of age are not allowed unless accompanied by an adult.
  8. How long does it take from the airport to our farmhouses?
    It takes roughly around two hours, including a 30mins ferry trip.
  9. What are the main means of transport in Gozo?
    The main means are those of buses and taxis. In order to arrive to the farmhouse located in Gharb one would have to first catch bus 301 from Imgarr to Victoria and then bus 312 from Victoria to arrive in Gharb. (Bus numbers may change from time to time). On the other hand taxis can be easily caught at Imgarr and Victoria to any location on the island. One can also opt for services like Bolt and Uber.
  10. Is there any parking available near your properties?
    Yes, plenty of street parking spaces are available nearby the farmhouse.
  11. Who should we contact in case of an emergency?
    There will be the contact persons with their telephone number written on the noticeboard found in all properties. In case of emergency, in case anything breaks off or there are any issues with water, gas or electricity, please call the on-call numbers listed on the noticeboard.
  12. From where can I collect the key of the property?
    You will be greeted at the property by either the owner or else in the case of the farmhouse, you can meet the owner near the main parish church which is not far away.
